Processing Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST are processed same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST or on holidays are processed the following business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Pre-Order Policy
We offer pre-orders on select items. Any product labeled as "Pre-Order" or displaying a future ship date is considered a pre-order item.
Here's what to know:
- What is a pre-order? Pre-order items are products already in production, available for purchase before they're released to the general public — giving you early access to limited drops.
- Updates & tracking: You'll receive email updates throughout the pre-order process. Once your order is ready to ship, you'll be sent tracking information automatically.
- Mixed orders (pre-order + in-stock items): If your cart contains both a pre-order item and an in-stock item, all products will ship together once the pre-order is available — unless you choose to split your order at checkout.
- Split shipping option: At checkout, you'll have the option to split your order and pay an additional shipping fee to have your in-stock items delivered immediately, separate from your pre-order.
